1½ cups walnuts
1 cup pitted dates
½ cup shredded coconut
1 tsp vanilla extract
½ tsp cinnamon
½ c blackberries
½ c blueberries
½ c sliced strawberries
½ c sliced kiwifruit
Sliced mango

Directions:
* Blend walnuts, dates, coconut, vanilla and cinnamon in food processor at high speed until a paste forms. Press into tart pan and chill.
* Arrange blackberries, blueberries, strawberries, kiwifruit, and mango on top of crust. Chill 1 hour.

I got this recipe from my friend Martha. It is totally plant-based - no eggs, butter, flour or sugar. The crust is so different and tasty. Put whatever fruit you want on top. Be creative and decorate it pretty!
