1 onion, chopped
1 pkg. hash browns
⅓ lb. Velvetts cheese
1 lb. cooked sausage, ham, or bacon
13 eggs
1 cup whipping cream
salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Put cooked meat on bottom of 9 x 13 pan. Put cooked onion and thawed hash browns drained on the meat. Using electric mixer, mix eggs with whipping cream and salt and pepper. Pour over layers of meat and hash browns; add cheese grated and bake 1 hour in 350 oven. Serves 12.
