boneless center cut loin pork chops, trimmed, and thick
1/2 cup blue cheese, crumble it yourself
kosher salt
fresh ground pepper
olive oil, butter

1 ripe pear

Directions:
Directions:
Crumble bleu cheese. Season pork chops.

Cut a horizontal slit through thickest part of each chop to form a pocket. Stuff each pork chop with 2 Tablespoons bleu cheese.

Fry chops in olive oil/melted butter combination over medium high heat until done.

Cut cored ripe pear into 16 wedges. Lightly season and saute in butter until lightly brown, about 4 minutes.

This is SO EASY AND QUICK.

Alternatively, season a chicken breast with salt, pepper, and oregano (or Italian seasoning) and stuff with goat cheese (chevre) and bake at 350 until done. This is really easy and quick too.
