1 cup Peanut butter (smooth is easier)

3/4 cup raw cane sugar

1 tbsp chia or flax sees with 3 tbsp water

1/2 tsp baking powder

1 cup chocolate chips (or pieces of chocolate)

Directions:
Directions:
1: make chia/flax egg in bottom of a large bowl (leave for around 10 minutes)
2: Add peanut butter sugar and baking powder to bowl and mix well
3: Add chocolate chips and again mix well until all ingredients are combined
4: Place mixture in fridge to chill for 30 mins
5: While mix is chilling, preheat the oven to 180 and line two baking trays with baking parchment.
6: Scoop out small balls of mixture flattening them slightly and place onto the sheets with some space between them to allow for spreading in the oven
7: Bake for 10-15 minutes of until golden brown
8: Allow to cool and harden on racks before eating.
9: Enjoy, they will keep for several days in an airtight container.
