2 eggs, separated
1 t. grated lemon peel
1/4 c. lemon juice
2/3 c. milk
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. flour
1/4 t. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Beat egg whites until stiff and then set aside. Beat egg yolks and add lemon peel, juice and milk. Add sugar, flour and salt; mix. Fold in egg whites. Pour into an ungreased baking dish. Place dish in a pan with 1" hot water. Bake 45 to 50 minutes @ 350º.
