1 loaf french bread
2 eggs
2 tbs flour
¼ lb thin sliced ham
4 tbs premium beer
½+ cup swiss cheese, grated
salt
butter
cayenne pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 450ºF.

1. Slice bread loaf in half long ways and toast lightly in broiler. Brush with melted butter and then layer with sliced ham.

2. In small bowl beat one egg and flour, add second egg and mix thoroughly. Add beer, cheese, salt and cayenne.

3. Spread egg and cheese mixture on ham. Let stand 45 minutes to one hour.

4. Bake 15 to 20 minutes.
