salmon steaks
1 t. butter per steak
lemon juice
cucumber slices

Directions:
Directions:
Top each salmon steak with 1/2 t. butter. Broil 5 minutes. Turn salmon steaks over and top with 1/2 t. butter and lemon juice. Broil 5-7 minutes. Remove from pan & remove outer skin if desired. Put fish on platter and top with 1 or 2 T. sauce, a slice of scored cucumber & chopped green onion tops.

1 t. Dijon mustard
1 T. chopped green onions including tops
1/2 t. dried dill weed
1 T. cider vinegar
1/4 c. chopped cucumber
1/2 c. sour cream

Mix all ingredients together & chill until ready to serve.
