3 lbs. shrimp, boiled & cleaned (may alternate 1 lb. shrimp & 1 can artichokes, washed & drained)
2 lbs. scallops, sautéed in butter
1 lb. crabmeat, flaked
3 small jars mushrooms, drained well
salt & pepper to taste
breadcrumbs
1 t. paprika- or more

Mix casserole ingredients altogether. Stir in white sauce (see below) and put in a casserole dish. Top with bread crumbs and paprika. Heat at 350º for 30 minutes.
 

White Sauce


Ingredients:

3/4 c. butter
3/4 c. flour
3 c. half & half
2 t. Worcestershire sauce
3-4 T. white wine
1/2 t. mace (optional)
salt & pepper
1 c. grated Parmesan (equally as good without cheese)

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter over low heat. Stir in flour and cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture is smooth and bubbly; remove from heat. Gradually stir in half & half, Worcestershire sauce, white wine, mace and salt & pepper. Heat to boiling, stirring constantly; boil and stir 1 minute or until thickened. Remove from heat and add Parmesan.
