1 c. water
1 stick margarine
1 c. flour
4 eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 400º. Heat water and margarine to a rolling boil. Stir in flour. Stir vigorously over low heat for about 1 minute until mixture forms a ball. Remove from heat. Beat in eggs all at one time; continue beating until smooth. Drop dough onto an ungreased baking sheet by teaspoonful for small puffs. Bake 25-30 minutes. For larger puffs drop by a scant 1/4 cupfuls and bake 35-45 minutes. Cool away from drafts. Cut off tops. Pull out any filaments of soft dough. Carefully fill with pudding or chicken salad. Replace tops.
