1/4 Cup Sweet Butter
1 Cup Graham Cracker Crumbs
1 Cup Shredded Coconut
6 Ounces of Semisweet Chocolate Chips
6 Ounces of Butterscotch pieces (chips)
1 Can Sweetened Condensed Milk
1 Cup Chopped Nuts (Whichever type you like: Pecans, Walnuts)

Directions:

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.

Melt the butter in a 13x9x2 inch pan.

Sprinkle the graham cracker crumbs over the butter and press into place.

Add the coconut, chocolate chips, and butterscotch chips. Sprinkle them evenly in the pan.
Using a clean sharp knife, cut the cookies into bars. They will be fairly gooey, so you might need a cup of hot water nearby in order to clean the knife blade between slices.

These cookies are very sweet and very rich. So, you may wish to cut the bars into somewhat small bars. I'd recommend some hot tea or coffee as an accompaniment.
