In a mason jar add:
1/2 cup old fashioned oats
1/2 cup milk
1/4 cup yogurt

Optional Add-ins
Peanut butter, protein powder, chocolate chips, Nutella, jam or jelly, cocoa powder, honey, chia seeds, flax seeds, nuts, cinnamon, vanilla, bananas, blueberries, etc.

The recipe can be used as the base to any overnight oatmeal flavor combination you can think of. Simply add the ingredients to a mason jar, shake, and let it sit in the fridge overnight and work its magic. In the morning, give it a stir and enjoy.
