1 sm. onion
1 garlic clove
2 T vegetable oil
1 lb lean ground beef
1/2 c. beef broth
1 T soy sauce
2 t. chili powder
1 t. allspice
1 t. cumin
1/2 t. ground black pepper
1/2 t. nutmeg
1/2 t. celery salt
1/4 t. ground ginger

Directions:
Directions:
Cook onion and garlic in oil. Add ground beef and cook until brown. Drain the fat.
Add remaining ingredients and simmer for 5 minutes.
Remove from heat and put in food processor and pulse 5 times until the meat is finely ground.
Serve over hot dogs.
Makes enough for 8-10 chili dogs.
