2 cups sugar
1 tsp. allspice
1 tsp. cloves
½ tsp. salt
2 cups flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. baking soda
1 cup oil (can substitute applesauce 1 to 1 for oil)
3 eggs
2 jars plum baby food
red food color (optional)

FROSTING:

1¼ cups powdered sugar
2 Tbsp. lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
Sift dry ingredients together. Add oil and eggs, mix well. Add baby food and stir. Add enough red food color to make a plum color. Bake in a greased and floured 13x9x2" cake pan at 350º for 30 minutes.

FROSTING: Mix powdered sugar and lemon juice and drizzle over cake while still hot.
