3 cups noodles (any kind) cooked according to directions; drain
13 ounces tuna, drained, broken into chunks
2 cups chopped frozen mixed vegetables, thawed
1/2 cup mayonnaise
10¾ ounces condensed cream of chicken or mushroom soup
1/2 cup milk
1½ teaspoons dried parsley
1/4 teaspoon poultry seasoning
pepper to taste
1 teaspoon chives
1 cup shredded cheddar or American cheese
1/2 cup sliced almonds
1 cup crushed potato chips or Ritz crackers
parsley sprigs for garnish

Directions:

Preheat oven to 375*. In a 1½ to 2 quart casserole dish, combine tuna, vegetables and mayonnaise; mix well.
Fold in cooked noodles and set aside.
In a medium bowl, whisk together soup, milk, parsley, poultry seasoning, pepper and chives until blended.
Stir in cheese.
Fold soup mixture into tuna mixture. Sprinkle with almonds. Sprinkle chips or crackers on top . Bake, uncovered, about 30 minutes. Garnish with parsley.
