1 lb Sausage
5 Beaten Eggs
8 Slices White Thin Bread
3/4 lb Grated Cheddar Cheese
2 and 3/4 Cup Milk
1 Can Cream of Mushroom or Cream of Chicken Soup
1/8 Tsp Red and Black Pepper (Optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Brown sausage and drain well. Place in buttered 9"x13" casserole dish. Glass works well.
Remove crusts from bread and cut into 1" cubes. Place bread cubes on top of sausage. Place cheese on top of the bread cubes.
Beat eggs and mild together and pour on top of cheese. Spread the condensed soup on top.
Cover with foil and refrigerate over night.

Cover with aluminum foil and bake at 350º for 45 minutes. Lower oven to 325º, uncover and bake 30 minutes more.
