1 loaf of French bread, cubed
6 eggs
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 cup evaporated milk
1 cup sweetened condensed milk
1/2 cup cream/whipping cream
2 tsp vanilla extract
1/8 tsp salt
sliced strawberries

Tres leches syrup:
remaining sweetened condensed milk (about 1/4 cup)
1/4 cup whipping cream
1/4 cup evaporated milk

Directions:
Directions:
Whisk the eggs, cinnamon, milk, cream, vanilla, and salt.
Line half of the bread cubes in a deep dish 9 x 13. Pour about 1/4 of the milk & egg mixture all over.
Layer remaining bread cubes on top. Spoon the remaining milk & egg mixture all over the dish.
Press slices down gently with a spoon to make sure everything is covered with the milk mixture.
Cover and refrigerate overnight. Bring to room temperature for 20 minutes before baking.
Bake, covered, at 350º for 20 mins. Uncover and bake a further 20 - 25 minutes. Whisk all the ingredients for the syrup and serve alongside french toast or serve with maple syrup. Top with strawberries.
