1 box radiatore or pasta of choice cooked al dente
1 pint grape tomatoes ( whole or halved)
1 can black olives
1/2 lg green pepper sliced thin
1/2 lg red pepper sliced thin
3/4 cup shredded carrots
1 large cucumber sliced with or without skin
1 large bottle Kens light Ital Dressing use about 2/3 add more just before serving to taste

Mix all ingredients in large bowl

Refrigerate at 2 hours if you want to make it the night before, I recommend leaving out the olives, cucumbers and tomatoes until an hour or 2 before serving so they are not soggy

You can add cubed salami and cheese to make it even more filling.
