2 filets of sirloin tip roast
Beef broth
Salt, pepper, garlic
4 packs of brown gravy
Carrots
Green beans
Lil potatoes
Onion

Directions:
Directions:
Put roast in crock pot in the morning
Cover with beef stock
Cook on high

Add carrots a couple hours in
Add green beans, potatoes, and onions about half way through, probably around lunch time

Last hour add all the gravy packets and 3 cups of water.

It’s really good.

Sue didn’t give me any specifics. I think she cooks from the hip and it’s always good, so just add as many veggies as you want. Same with salt, pepper, and garlic.
