2 1/2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 18 oz BBQ Sauce
1 cup Coca-Cola
2 Tablespoons Apple Cider Vinegar
1 1/2 teaspoons kosher salt
3/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder

Directions:
Directions:
Combine BBQ sauce, Coca-Cola, apple cider vinegar, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder in Instant Pot. Whisk to combine. Add chicken breasts and turn to coat.

Lock Instant Pot lid in place and make sure Pressure Release Valve is set to sealing. Cook on High Pressure for 8 minutes. Instant Pot will take 10-15 minutes to come to pressure then countdown from 8 minutes. Let Natural Pressure Release, which will take 10-15 minutes.

Unlock Instant Pot lid and remove chicken breasts. Use two forks to shred chicken, then return shredded chicken to Instant Pot and serve.
