3 to 4 baking potatoes unpeeled
8 ounces butter
1 package dry Good Seasons Italian salad dressing mix
Can sprinkle with 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese before baking

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Cut potatoes in half lengthwise, then 4 to 6 lengthwise slices. Melt butter in a glass baking dish. Place potato slices in bottom of dish and roll in butter. Sprinkle Italian dressing mix on potatoes. Bake about 45 minutes or until potatoes are done and golden brown.
