Bake 2 Cups Grape Tomatoes (sliced in half) 350º oven for 30-40 minutes, tossing every 10 minutes.

Saute Spring Veggies (Asparagus, Snow Peapods, Kale)

Toss Veggies and Tomatoes with:
5 cloves crushed Garlic
3 springs Thyme
1 3" strip Orange Zest
1 1 1/2 " grated Ginger
3 Tbsp Orange Juice
1/8 Cup Olive Oil
1 1/2 tsp Brown Sugar
