Crockpot Orange Chicken Recipe

3 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts- thawed
¾ cup Smuckers sweet orange marmalade
¾ cup Sweet Baby Ray's Original BBQ sauce
2 tbsp soy sauce
pepper to taste
approx. 2 tbsp minced garlic

Directions:
Directions:
1. Cook the chicken in a crockpot on high for 3 hours or on low for 6 hours.
2. After the chicken is cooked through, drain the juices from the crockpot.
3. You can either leave the chicken breasts whole or you can remove them and cut them into cubes. (I usually cut them into cubes). Transfer the chicken back to the crockpot.
4. In a large mixing bowl, mix together the BBQ sauce, orange marmalade, pepper, minced garlic and soy sauce.
5. Pour the BBQ mixture over the chicken.
6. Cook on high for an additional 30 minutes.
7. Serve with Rice and enjoy!
