¾ cup flour
2 tbsp cornstarch
¼ tsp baking soda
¼ tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
1 tsp sugar
¼ tsp onion powder
¼ tsp garlic powder
approx. ¾ cup water

Directions:
Directions:
1. In a large mixing bowl, combine all the ingredients and mix well. (The mixture will be very runny, similar to the consistency of pancake batter)
2.Dip chicken or fish strips in the batter making sure that they are completely covered.
3. Put the chicken or fish pieces in a fryer at around 300-325º.
4. Leave the chicken or fish in the fryer for roughly 6 minutes- or until they start floating and are a golden brown.
