3 bags of frozen broccoli cuts
2 bags of mild cheddar cheese
2 sticks of butter
2 rolls of ritz crackers
salt to taste
pepper to taste
1 stick of butter sliced into thin "pats"

Directions:
Directions:
1. Spray a baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
2. Using a food chopper, chop the frozen broccoli pieces into smaller pieces (works better if the broccoli has had time to sit our just a little to thaw some)
3. Spread out a layer of broccoli in the bottom of the dish.
4. Add a layer of the patted out butter slices.
5. Sprinkle a heavy layer of the cheese over the butter and the broccoli.
6. Repeat steps 3-5 one more time.
7. Microwave the butter until melted.
8. Crush the ritz crackers in a gallon size ziplock bag and add the butter to the crackers.
9. Mix the butter and the crackers together until the crackers are evenly coated with the butter.
10. Sprinkle the crackers over the casserole.
11. Bake at 350º for around 20-25 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly.
