8 oz. cream cheese, softened
4 oz. goat cheese
1 jar Trader Joe's Bruschetta
1 cup mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup parmesan cheese
loaf of French bread or baguette
olive oil
1 tsp. garlic

Directions:
Directions:
Mix olive oil and garlic. Slice bread and brush one side with olive oil mixture. Bake at 350 for 5-8 minutes until lightly toasted. Spread cream cheese in the bottom of a 8 x 8 pan. Top with crumbled goat cheese. Pour jar of bruschetta on top. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese, finish with parmesan cheese. Bake 350º for 20-25 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
