Save all trimmings from vegetables (except from cabbage family)
Salt

Directions:
Directions:
Wash & store until you have a good quart of more. (may store in freezer).

Put into a pan - cover with cold water and add salt.

Cover and simmer 20 minutes or until all vegetables are cooked, but not overcooked.

Strain stock immediately.

Cool and refrigerate.

Use for soups, etc.
