Turkey carcass
water
salt
2 onions, quartered
4 beef bouillon cubes
2 quarts of tomatoes
1 large bag of carrots, sliced
6 large onions, diced
2 potatoes,cubed
celery. sliced
1 can of peas

Directions:
Directions:
Break up turkey carcass and put in big kettle. Cover with water & salt (not too much). Add 2 onions cut into pot.

Let boil 1 hours. Remove bones by straining. Let sit over night.

Next day - Remove fat from top.

Cut all loose pieces from the turkey bone. Put into soup.

Add beef bouillons, and vegetables. Let cook 1 hour or until vegetables are done.

Serve.
