hard boiled eggs
salt & pepper to taste
mayonnaise

Directions:
Directions:
Cook potatoes with peelings until tender. While still warm, peel and cut potatoes. Put a tablespoon or two of vinegar on the warm potatoes. (Vinegar will seep into potatoes better when they are warm.) Add onion, salt and pepper. Mash yokes of 2 hard boiled eggs and add to potatoes. Mash whites and add. When potatoes are cooled, add mayonnaise.
