Ingredients:
Cake Layers:
1 Betty Crocker Super Moist Chocolate Fudge Cake Mix
1 cup water
4 eggs
3/4 cup vegetable oil

Pudding Layers:
2 large packages Chocolate Fudge Jello Instant Pudding
4 cups whole milk

Cream Layer:
3 cups heavy cream
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract

Candy Layer:
2 bags (2 cups) Snickers Bites or 6 Snickers bar cut in 1/2" cubes
OR 2 cups mini-Reeses bites (sold unwrapped}
OR 2 cups Junior Mints
OR 2 cups chopped Heath Bar or chocolate/toffee pieces sold in bakery aisle

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º, spray a 9" x 13" pan with cooking spray, set aside.
Using an electric mixer, mix together the cake ingredients shown above on low, then beat for 3 minutes at medium speed. Pour into prepared pan. Bake for 28-32 minutes until cake springs bake when touched lightly in the middle with your finger. Allow cake to cool in the pan completely. Using a sharp knife, cut half the cake into 1" cubes. Set aside. Either freeze the other half to use for this dessert another day, or use for another purpose.

Mix the pudding mix and milk in a large bowl with an electric mixer or whisk until well combined and smooth, with no lumps. Chill for 10-15 minutes.

Using an electric mixer with the whisk attachment, combine heavy cream, sugar and vanilla, beat at high speed until mixture thickens and stiff peaks form. Do not over beat - it will become sweet butter. Set aside.

In a large decorative glass trifle bowl (or any large bowl if you don't have a decorative one) place about 1/2 of the cake cubes. Spread 1/2 of the pudding evenly over the cake cubes.

Spread 1/2 the whipped cream over the pudding layer. Evenly sprinkle 1/2 of the candy pieces over the whipped cream. Repeat layers, cake, pudding, whipped cream then ending with candy pieces on top. Serve.

Personal Notes:
I usually do this recipe with Snickers, but have used Reese's cups and Junior mints when requested. All are delicious.
