1 stick butter
½ c brown sugar
½ c white sugar
¾ c peanut butter (I use chunky)
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla
1 c flour
¾ tsp baking soda
½ c chopped chocolate or chocolate chips (I use bittersweet chocolate chips but semisweet are also good)

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Cream butter and sugars until light. Add remaining ingredients and mix until well combined. Drop cookies on ungreased baking sheets or pans lined with silicone sheets and bake about 12 minutes. Let rest on pan two minutes and transfer to racks to cool completely.
