6 unpeeled apples (I mixed green and red)
½ cup Craisins or Dried Tart Cherries
½ cup Dried Apricots if desired
1 teaspoon ground cloves
1 tablespoon (or more to taste) of pumpkin spice seasoning
Water

Directions:
Directions:
Dice apples and place all ingredients in a stew pot. Add water to about ¼ of the height of the apples. Simmer on low until the apple peels have a shine (about 15 minutes). Serve with granola or yogurt. Left overs great on oatmeal too.
