1 10oz frozen spinach, thawed
16 oz shredded mozzarella cheese
16 oz cottage cheese
⅛ tsp garlic powder

Bake 375º for 1 hour or until golden brown
Mix sausage with other ingredients
Pour mixture into 2 greased 9 " pie plates of quiche dishes
