8 boned,,skinless chicken breasts
2 cups bread crumbs
6 tbsp butter
salt and pepper
½ lb sliced mushrooms
2 tbsp flour
1 cup chicken broth
1 cup dry wine
8 slices Monterey jack cheese
Directions:
Directions:
Coat chicken in bread crumbs
Season with salt and pepper
Brown in butter
Place n pan
Add 2 tbsp flour to skillet/
Cook stirring in stock and wine
Pour wine over chicken.
Bake uncovered fro 20 -30 minutes
Add cheese
Can be reheated
