4-6 pork chops
3/4 c. long grain white rice, uncooked
1-10½ oz. can of Chicken with Rice soup

Directions:
Directions:
Fry pork chops in small amount of Crisco until lightly browned.
Put pork chops is round casserole dish.
Add ¾ c. uncooked long grain rice to the casserole dish.
In left over fat from the pork chops, add in can of Chicken with Rice soup plus one can of water.
Bring to boil and then pour in casserole dish over pork chops and rice.
Bake uncovered for 1 hour at 350º.
