5 cups diced rhubarb
4 cups sugar
Grated zest from 1 orange
1 pkg strawberry jello
Directions:
Directions:
Cook rhubarb, sugar, and orange zest over low heat until it boils. Boil about 12 minutes.
Remove from stove
Stir in jello
Place in dishes or containers.
Let cool
Refrigerate. May freeze
