1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 can or jar of beans drained (kidney, pinto, or black)
1 cup of frozen corn or frozen fire roasted corn
1 or 2 (16 oz.) jars of medium salsa (red or green)
Shredded cheese
Fresh pico de gallo

Directions:
Put all ingredients into a Crock Pot or an Instant Pot. For a quicker cook time, set to 4 hours on high heat. For a slower cook time, set to 8 hour on low heat. Remove chicken, shred, and put back in slow cooker for 30 minutes. Serve over tortilla chips as a taco salad bowl and top with cheese and pico or serve in a flour or corn tortilla (soft or hard) and top with cheese and pico.
