4 cups brown flour
1 1/2 cups sugar
1/2 cup milk
250 g butter or marg
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp bicarb
Optional to add ginger, cinnamon or all spice

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all the ingredients together except flour and bring gently to boil over medium heat. Allow to cool a little.
Fold in the flour
Roll out and cut into biscuit shapes.
Place on baking tray and bake in 200C oven for 5-10 mins until cooked.
