2/3 C Popcorn (popped)
1 C Brown Sugar
1 stick Butter
1/4 C Light Corn Syrup
1/2 tsp Salt

Directions:
Directions:
Combine butter, brown sugar, corn syrup and salt in a 2 QT bowl
Microwave on high power for 1-2 minutes or until mixture bubbles.
Continue to microwave for 3 minutes. Stirring every minute.
Add baking soda and vanilla.
Pour over popped popcorn in brown paper bag. Shake well
Fold flap of bag and microwave for 1 minute on high, remove & shake well
Microwave again 1 minute, remove and shake well
Microwave 30 seconds, remove and shake well
Microwave 30 seconds longer
Pour Caramel corn on cookie sheet to dry.
