3 C Sugar
3/4 C Butter
2/3 C Evaporated Milk (5.5 oz can)
12 oz Semi-sweet Chocolate Chips
1 7oz jar marshmallow cream
1 C chopped Nuts
1 tsp Vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Combine sugar, butter, milk in heavy 2 1/2-quart saucepan, bring to rolling boil. Stir often, boil 5 minutes over medium heat. Stir in chocolate chips until melted, add marshmallow cream, nuts & vanilla. Beat until well blended, pour into 9x13 cake pan, cool room temperature
