1 c. Low-Sodium or Unsalted Beef Stock
2 tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
1 tsp Apple Cider Vinegar
1 tbsp + 1 tsp Molasses
pinches of Garlic Powder and Ground Ginger

Directions:
Directions:
Put all ingredients in a small pot and bring mixture to a gentle simmer for about 10 minutes. Allow to cool, then pour into tight-sealing jar and refrigerate.

Loving soy sauce on my rice, but trying to reduce my sodium intake (and therefore my water retention), I found the above recipe somewhere on the web.
Normal Soy Sauce: almost 900mg of Sodium per Tbsp!
Reduced Sodium Soy Sauce: still up around 580mg of Sodium per Tbsp!
This Soy Sauce Substitute: around 175mg of Sodium in an entire cup!
