3 15.5 oz cans whole kernel corn
1 cup milk
1/2 - 1 Tablespoon sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
8 oz. cream cheese
1 stick unsalted butter sliced thin

Directions:
Directions:
Stir corn, milk, sugar, salt, pepper.

Top with cream cheese and butter. DO NOT STIR

Cover and cook on HIGH for 2-3 hours. Uncover and stir. Continue to cook on high 15 more minutes.

Serve immediately.

Alan Mayfield's girlfriend (John Parker's ex, a Belk) made it at his annual festival. Great for pot luck. Makes a lot and very easy.
