2 cups tomato juice
1/2 cup vinegar
1/4 cup mustard
2 t sugar
2 t salt
1/2 t pepper
1 1/2 pounds of beef, cut into cubes
1/2 pounds of mushroom, cut in cubes
1 large green pepper
cherry tomatoes
1 can pineapple

Directions:
Directions:
Mix tomato juice, vinegar, and seasonings.

Place meat into shallow pot.

Pour juice mixture over meat. Cover and refrigerate minimum of 2 hours.

Remove meat from marinade and assemble skewers. Alternate meat, vegetables, & pineapple.
