2 cups flour
1 1/3 cups sugar
3 1/2 t baking powder
1 t salt
1 t cinnamon
1/2 t nutmeg
1/4 t cloves
1/2 cup shortening
1 cup milk
1 t vanilla
2 eggs
Directions:
Directions:
Sift dry ingredients together.

Add shortening, milk & vanilla and beat until blended.

Add eggs and beat.

Bake in 350 degree oven for 40 to 45 minutes.
