3 c. berries
1½ c. water
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. cornstarch
dash salt
1 pkg. Jello (strawberry, blackberry or black cherry flavor)
9" pie shell (deep dish)
Whipped cream or Cool Whip
Directions:
Directions:
Mix first 5 ingredients and cook on stove until thick and creamy. Remove from heat and add Jello. Let stand to cool at room temperature. Bake pie shell according to directions. Pour berry mixture into pie shell. Cool in refrigerator until set. Top with whipped cream or Cool Whip.
