2 egg whites
1/8 tsp salt
1/8 tsp cream tartarº
1 tsp vanilla
3/4 cup sugar
1 16oz package semi sweet chocolatei chips
1/4 cup walnuts(optional)
Directions:
Directions:
Beat egg whites with cream tartar and salt until stiff peaks. Add sugar gradually, beating to keep peaks stiff. Fold in chips, nuts, vanilla. Bake on cookie sheet covered with parchment paper..Drop by teaspoon on sheet. bake 300 degrees for 25 minutes.
