Ingredients:
Ingredients:
2 pounds hamburger
1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 stick of butter
1 or 2 bags of frozen peas & carrots - depending on how many veggies you like
1 bag of tater tots

Directions:
Directions:
Brown the hamburger and drain any extra grease by putting into a strainer and running hot water over it. Mix the beef with the cream of mushroom soup and a stick of melted butter, place this mixture on the bottom of a 9 X 13 pan. I like to boil the peas & carrots on the stove for a few minutes just to soften the carrots a bit but this isn't necessary (your uncle Dwane complains if I skip this step LOL). Drain the peas & carrots if you've boiled them and layer on top of the beef mixture. Place the bag of tater tots on top of the peas & carrots. Bake to heat it through for 30 minutes at 345º

I always make this for Dwane, it's easy and is great as leftovers! After I put this recipe in here I noticed that Luke's brother Ryan has a similar recipe in the 4-H Family Favorites Cookbook, of course his mom is an amazing cook so it may be a better recipe, but we like this simple version! Enjoy!!
