2 lbs. peas thawed
½ C red onion, chopped
1½ C cheddar cheese, cubed
8 slices bacon cooked and chopped
3 TAB parsley chopped
½ C sour cream
3 TAB mayonnaise
1 TAB cider vinegar
1 TAB sugar
Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl add peas, onion, cheddar cheese, bacon and parsley.

In a small bowl whisk together sour cream, mayonnaise, vinegar and sugar.

Pour the creamy mixture in the large bowl over the peas.

Toss until the peas are fully coated.

Chill for 30 minutes before serving
