2 - eggs
2 c. - sugar
2 c. - green tomatoes, diced fine
1 tsp. - salt
1½ c. - chopped nuts
1 c. - oil (of your choice)
1 T. - vanilla
3 c. - flour
1 tsp. - baking soda
1 T. - cinnamon
¼ tsp. - baking powder
¼ tsp. - nutmeg
1/8 tsp. - cloves, ground

Directions:

Beat together eggs, sugar, green tomatoes, salt, nuts, cooking oil and vanilla, in large bowl. Sift together dry ingredients and add to egg mixture. Pour into 2 greased and floured 5 x 9 loaf pans. Bake in a pre-heated 350° oven for 1 hour or until tester comes out clean.
