10 C ground zucchini
4 C ground onion
3 large ground peppers

Directions:
Directions:
Put in large kettle and sprinkle with 5 TAB salt. Let stand overnight.

Rinse in cold water and drain in collander, return to kettle and add:

2½ C apple cider vinegar
4 C sugar
1 TAB tumeric
2 TAB cornstarch
1 Tsp dry mustard

Mix well.

Simmer for ½ hour.

Pack hot into sterile jars and seal.
