Combine night before:
3 Lbs. hamburger
1 C fine cracker crumbs
1 C milk
1 TAB salt (scant)
Pepper to taste
Directions:
Directions:
Pat out into jelly roll pan (cookie sheet).
Refrigerate overnight.

Next day:
Cut into squares, roll in flour.

Brown in shortening.

Place in baking dish.

Pour 1 can cream mushroom soup over meat.

Bake 350º for 1 hour.
